The proposed project is contingent upon FAA and NJDOT funding and is expected to begin in the Spring of 2027.
The awarded bidder will be required to hold firm their bid price. This contract does not allow for price increases due to escalation in cost of bid items. The Contractor shall take this into consideration when preparing unit prices for bid.
