The purpose of this Request for Engineers Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to permit the ECIA to develop a pool of qualified firms to serve as engineers on future projects (the “Qualified List of Engineers”).
Individuals/Entities are advised that the previous participation in ECIA pools does not automatically qualify for their participation in the future. Therefore, failure to reply to this request for qualifications will result in the entity’s exclusion in the advertised 2027 pool.
